Custom Printed Products - No Returns Policy
No Returns on Custom Items: Our custom printed items are made to your individual specifications and are clearly personalised with your designs, text, or requirements. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, these bespoke products are exempt from standard cancellation rights.
All our printed products are custom-made to order and therefore cannot be returned for change of mind, size exchange, or similar non-quality reasons.
Faulty or Defective Items
If you receive a custom printed item that is:
- Damaged during delivery
- Faulty or defective
- Not matching your approved specifications
- Of unsatisfactory quality
You are entitled to a full refund or replacement under your statutory rights.
To claim for faulty items:

- Include your order number and describe the issue
- Provide clear photographic evidence of the fault or damage
- We will assess your claim and respond within 14 days
