Products and Services

We provide custom print-on-demand services including phone cases, books, apparel, and other printed materials. All products are made to order based on your specifications and feature mental health awareness designs and messaging. Products cannot be returned except for quality defects as outlined in our Returns Policy.

Order Processing and Fulfillment

E-commerce Platform: Orders are processed through our Shopify store, which handles payment processing, order management, and customer communications.

Third-Party Fulfillment: All physical products are fulfilled by Gelato, our authorized print-on-demand partner. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Gelato will manufacture and ship your products directly to you
• Product quality and printing standards are managed by Gelato according to their specifications
• We act as an intermediary between you and Gelato for order processing
• Shopify processes your payment and order information securely

Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that:

• Violate copyright or intellectual property rights
• Contain inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Cannot be technically fulfilled by our production partners
• Violate these Terms of Use

Intellectual Property and Content

Your Content: You retain ownership of any original designs, text, or images you may submit for custom orders. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to reproduce it solely for order fulfillment purposes.

Our Content: All mental health awareness designs, messaging, website content, logos, and proprietary materials are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without express written permission.

Copyright Compliance: You warrant that you own or have permission to use all content in custom orders. We reserve the right to refuse orders containing copyrighted material without proper authorization.

Website and Account Use

Permitted Use: Our website and Shopify store are for lawful commercial and personal use only. You may not:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to interfere with website or store functionality
• Copy or reproduce our content without permission

Pricing and Payment

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Shopify's payment system. We accept:

• Shop Pay
• Other payment methods as displayed at checkout

Currency: While prices are displayed in GBP, Shopify may offer currency conversion for international customers. Final charges will be processed in the currency shown at checkout.

Our products feature mental health awareness messaging and designs intended to provide support and reduce stigma. Please note:

• They do not replace professional mental health treatment

Limitation of Liability

Service Limitations: To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the cost of the products ordered

• Gelato's manufacturing processes and Shopify's technical operations are beyond our direct control

Quality Issues: Our liability for defective products is limited to replacement or refund as outlined in our Returns Policy.

• Gelato production delays or quality issues beyond our control
• Third-party payment processor problems

Gelato: Product fulfillment is handled by Gelato. While we work closely with Gelato to ensure quality, they operate under their own terms of service for manufacturing and logistics.
